Bobby Lowe, President
of Strategic Careers, has been in the recruiting industry for the past 20 years
of his career. Previously a co-owner
with EmJay Contract services and Computer Careers, Mr. Lowe helped build EmJay
from a $1-2 million dollar company to a $13+ million dollar company employing
over 150 people. The team that Mr. Lowe built at EmJay was
recognized by the staffing industry five years in a row and resulted in
its acquisition in 1997 in which Mr. Lowe played an instrumental role.
Fueled by his success at EmJay, Mr. Lowe started
Strategic Careers in January of 2000. Since
then, he has steered Strategic Careers as a recognized industry leader that
provides integral IT staffing services to some of today's premier corporations.
Its continued growth in revenue and excellence has been recognized by the
Houston Business Journal two years in a row as one of
Houston
's "Fast Tech 50" companies. With Mr. Lowe's focus on processes
that deliver qualified candidates, Strategic Careers will continue to be an
industry leader.
Hugh Ramsey,
Senior Account Manager, has been providing staffing solutions for over 10
years. Previous to working for Strategic Careers he worked for Whitaker IT
and for Intellimark (now Technisource). Mr. Ramsey was a top contributor at
Intellimark where he was a member of the President's club for two consecutive
years.
In
his role at Strategic Careers, Mr. Ramseyunderstands the importance of
building relationships, recognizing talent and providing high quality services
to today's top companies in the country.
Mr.
Ramsey has helped manage the consistent growth of Strategic Careers through an
increased level of production, business processes and customer service that
make Strategic Careers the high caliber organization that it is today.
Brad Field
,
Recruiting Manager, started with Strategic Careers in 2004
as a Senior Recruiter, and has been the Recruiting Manager since 2006. He has
over seven years of technology recruiting in the
Houston
market. Prior to Strategic Careers, Mr. Fieldspent three
years at InQuest Staffing and was the top producer on the recruiting team his
last two consecutive years.
At Strategic Careers, Mr. Field
maintains his recruiting duties, but also manages a growing
recruiting staff. Mr. Fieldexcels in the search, screen, and
delivery of Sr. Technology professionals.
