Houston, November 8, 2005  – For the third consecutive year, The Houston Business Journal Fast Tech 50 has honored Strategic Careers as one of the top 50 fastest growing technology companies in Houston. Achieving 104% growth at the end of 2004 placed Strategic Careers in the number 8 position, dramatically up from 37^th position in 2004 and 10^th in 2003.

The Fast Tech 50 companies were honored at a high-tech themed luncheon held in their honor on Friday, Nov. 4, at the Hyatt Regency hotel downtown. Honorees and their organizations were profiled in the Fast Tech 50 special section of the Houston Business Journal’s November 4th issue.

Bobby Lowe, President, began Strategic Careers as a recruiting firm in January 2000, placing sales and marketing executives and professionals primarily in the software and communications technology industries. Since then, the company has moved into IT staffing and IT contract services as well. The growth has been consistent and significant, despite ups and downs in the economy.

“We have added team members which has been the key. We wouldn’t be where we are without them. We also had some things pan out for us that we had been working on when the economy was down. And, now that the economy is better, we have been in the right place to take advantage of it,” says Lowe.
