Medical Plan
You are eligible the first day of the month after you have completed 90 days of employment. Your PPO medical benefits plan also includes a prescription plan. This cost will be on a pre tax basis for your benefit. This benefit is available for salaried consultants and salaried employees.

Dental Plan
You are eligible the first day of the month after completing 90 days of employment. This cost will be on a pre tax basis for your benefit. This benefit is available for salaried consultants and salaried employees.

Life Insurance
You are eligible for Life Insurance. This benefit is available for salaried consultants and salaried employees.

Flexible Benefits Plan
You are eligible for the Flexible Benefit Plan, Section 125, on the first day of employment. The Flexible Benefits Plan is a pre tax benefit for health and dependent care expenses.

Qualified Transportation Reimbursement Plan
You are eligible for the Transportation Benefit Plan, Section 132, on the first day of employment. The Transportation Benefits Plan is a pre tax benefit for transportation expenses.

Consultant Payroll Calendar
For your convenience, this feature enables you to view a yearly calendar of timesheet due dates and payroll dates.
