Medical Plan
You are eligible the first day of the month after you have completed 90 days of employment. Your PPO medical benefits plan also includes a prescription plan. This cost will be on a pre tax basis for your benefit. This benefit is available for salaried consultants and salaried employees.

Dental Plan
You are eligible the first day of the month after completing 90 days of employment. This cost will be on a pre tax basis for your benefit. This benefit is available for salaried consultants and salaried employees.

Life Insurance
You are eligible for Life Insurance. This benefit is available for salaried consultants and salaried employees.

401(K) Retirement Plan
You are eligible for the 401(K) plan after you have completed 90 days of employment. By participating in a 401(k), you effectively reduce your taxable income and increase your net take home pay while increasing your savings for retirement. This benefit is available for all employees.

Flexible Benefits Plan
You are eligible for the Flexible Benefit Plan, Section 125, on the first day of employment. The Flexible Benefits Plan is a pre tax benefit for health and dependent care expenses. This benefit is available for all employees.

Qualified Transportation Reimbursement Plan
You are eligible for the Transportation Benefit Plan, Section 132, on the first day of employment. The Transportation Benefits Plan is a pre tax benefit for transportation expenses. This benefit is available for all employees.

Consultant Payroll Calendar
For your convenience, this feature enables you to view a yearly calendar of timesheet due dates and payroll dates.

Drug Screening
For your convenience, Strategic Careers™ has included a link to the drug screening company we utilize for those employees to whom it applies.
